12 January 2022 Beowulf Mining plc ("Beowulf" or the "Company") Share Information Beowulf (AIM: BEM; Spotlight: BEO), the mineral exploration and development company, announces that as at 31 December 2021, there were 621,366,320 Swedish Depository Receipts representing 74.7 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company and trading on the Spotlight Exchange in Stockholm.
