With great sadness the Board of Directors of Angler Gaming plc announces that David Gray, a director of the Company, has passed away on 18 February 2019 at the age of 67 due to complications from his illness. The entire Angler Gaming Group mourns this loss.

David was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Angler Gaming plc from the very start of the Company. He also acted as the CEO of the Company from July 2016 till September 2018. In September 2018, while David stepped down from the CEO position due to health problems, he continued to serve as a director on the Board of Directors.

David brought his remarkable passion, experience and energy to Angler Gaming Group. With his extensive expertise and competence in the gaming sector, David has provided an invaluable contribution to the growth and success of the Company throughout the years. He will be sorely missed by the Company.
