The Board of Directors has resolved to withdraw the proposals for resolutions based on the ongoing negotiations on the Company’s future financing and business. The Board of Directors investigates various financing options and negotiates different arrangements. The Board of Directors needs additional time to deliberate on the matter and decide on an arrangement that primarily considers the interests of the Company’s shareholders.

The Board of Directors intends to conclude the ongoing negotiations within two weeks and thereafter issue a new notice to an Extraordinary General Meeting. The Company has not received any proposals from the Company’s major shareholders regarding the election of new board members, or the renumeration to such persons, items 12-13 on the agenda.

Considering the above, the Company’s Board of Directors deems that there is no reason to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting on Tuesday, 3 December 2019 and therefor cancels the Extraordinary general Meeting. Shareholders who have already registered for the Extraordinary General Meeting are asked to disregard the notice and registration.
