Clarification; the first day of trading with TO2 is 14 February, 2019.

Notification of subscription of shares on the basis of warrants may take place during the following dates:

18 February – 1 March 2019

20 May 2019 – 31 May 2019

19 August – 30 August 2019

18 November 2019 – 29 November 2019

2020

17 February – 28 February 2020

18 May 2020 – 29 May 2020

17 August – 28 August 2020

16 November 2020 – 30 November 2020

2021

15 February – 1 March 2021

17 May 2021 – 31 May 2021

16 August – 30 August 2021

15 November 2021 – 30 November 2021

In the case of such notification, for registration purposes, a completed application form shall be submitted to the calculation manager or to another institution that can forward the same. Notice of subscription is binding and cannot be revoked by the subscriber. In the case of notification of subscription, payment shall be made at once for the number of shares to which the notification of subscription is related. After allotment, subscription is effected by the inclusion of the new shares in the company"s share register as interim shares. After registration at the Swedish Companies Registration Office has taken place, the registration on the CSD account is final.
