Audientes A/S (“Audientes” or the “Company”), CVR 36047631, announces that the Court in Helsingør, Denmark, has today issued a bankruptcy order against the Company following a petition filed by a creditor.

As a result of the order:

• The Company has entered formal bankruptcy proceedings.
• A court-appointed bankruptcy trustee has taken over the management and control of the Company and its assets.
• Trading in the Company’s shares on Spotlight Stock Market will continue to be halted until either the bankruptcy is final (within 14 days i.e. January 1, 2026), or the claims have been settled.

Background

The bankruptcy order follows the Company’s previously announced liquidity situation and the inability to secure committed funding within the required timeframe.

The Board of Directors deeply regrets this outcome and acknowledges the impact on shareholders, employees, creditors, and partners.

Next Steps

The bankruptcy trustee will now oversee the administration of the estate, including communication with creditors, partners and employees. Further information regarding the proceedings, including details about creditor meetings and the trustee’s initial statements, will be communicated through official channels when available.
