The technology company Sociallite Us is moved to Spotlight's observation list as a result of the press release that the company presented today. The press release states that at an extraordinary general meeting today it was decided to sell six subsidiaries to Perroxa Finans and Capmate for SEK 5 million, which will be set off against the company's debt.The meeting also approved a directed new share issue of up to 5,628,272 shares at SEK 2.36 per share, corresponding to a capital increase of approximately SEK 3.9 million. Subscription and payment are to be made through set-off no later than 31 December 2025.
