Condo Nordic Holding adjusts timeline for Annual Report and AGM in light of strategic growth initiatives

The Board of Directors of Condo Nordic Holding AB (publ) has resolved to adjust the publication schedule of the Annual Report for the 2024 financial year and the date of the Annual General Meeting. This decision is made considering the Company's recently announced directed share issue, strategic acquisitions, and the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting, all of which contribute to Condo's establishment and expansion in the Swedish market.

To ensure sound governance and provide shareholders with a comprehensive picture of the Company's progress, the following new dates have been set:

• The Annual Report will be published on 9 June 2025, instead of the previously announced 2 May 2025.
• The Annual General Meeting will occur on 30 June 2025, instead of the previously announced 28 May 2025.

This adjustment enables the Company to present a more complete account of its financial and strategic developments during this transformative phase.

The official notice of the AGM will be issued through customary channels following applicable law and the Company's Articles of Association.
