Krona Bidco, which is owned by Stenhus Fastigheter and Sterner, acquires 7.81 million shares in the real estate company Krona Public Real Estate, corresponding to 69.90 percent of the capital and voting rights, at SEK 35.75 per share, thereby triggering the mandatory bid obligation. All conditions for the transaction have been fulfilled following approval from Konkurrensverket, the extraordinary general meeting in Stenhus Fastigheter on 10 February 2026, and a decision from Aktiemarknadsnämnden that the structure is consistent with the takeover rules. The mandatory offer will be submitted within four weeks and is intended to be carried out within that time frame, according to a press release.
