Audientes (“Audientes” or the “Company”), CVR 36047631, has previously announced in Company Announcement 21-2023 the agreement with Shenzhen Hengtong Partner Company Ltd. (“Hengtong”) for the distribution and sales of Audientes’ products in China, as well as an investment in Audientes.

 

Audientes now announces that Hengtong has also placed a product sales order of approx. DKK 562,000 (USD 82,830) for Companion by Audientes products, which has been received as a pre-payment for products to be delivered later in 2023 in line with local go to market readiness.

 

Hengtong’s marketing and sales of Audientes’ products in the Chinese market focuses initially on channels such as pharmacy chain stores, consumer electronics stores, online platforms, and hospitals.
