"Litium reported its Q1’20 figures today, which offered ARR of SEK 43m, -3.0% vs. ABGSCe, for a strong y-o-y growth of 28.2% that was nonetheless -3.9pp vs. ABGSCe. Net sales were SEK 10m, -22.2% vs. ABGSCe, of which 96.7% were recurring, +1.4pp y-o-y. The gross margin, which has been known to fluctuate between quarters (an effect which will be mitigated as Litium grows) amounted to 71.8%. Opex in the quarter amounted to SEK -16m, fuelled by Litium expanding its personnel base within sales and marketing, along with additional product development spending."
