Wicket Gaming communicated on October 5 that the settlement price for the share part of the purchase price has been set at 2 Euro. The number of shares in the purchase price thus amounts to 1,250,000.

Wicket Gaming's Board of Directors has, with the support of the annual general meeting's authorization, resolved on a new issue of 1,250,000 shares to the sellers of Wegesrand. The subscription price shall correspond to EUR 2 per share. Based on the exchange rate specified by the Riksbank (Sweden’s central bank) (1 Euro = SEK 10.9707), the issue price has been set at SEK 21.9414 per share. The issue price is paid in full by set-off of the purchase price receivable.

The press release on October 5 stated that the number of shares in the purchase price would be 1,195,381. This was based on a misinterpretation of the acquisition agreement and the parties agree that the number of shares shall be 1,250,000.

Through the rights issue, the number of shares in Wicket Gaming increases to 7,791,094. The share's quota value is one (1) SEK and the share capital will thus amount to SEK 7,791,094 after registration of the new share issue.
