Spotlight Value is the list for companies that have proven their ability to deliver results, growth, and dividends over time. Historically, companies that meet these criteria have proven particularly attractive to investors and have therefore also shown stronger share price performance compared to other groups of companies in the growth markets.
Being listed on Spotlight Value does not involve any additional regulatory requirements or extra costs. Instead, it is a service that makes it easier for investors to find this type of company and allows the companies themselves to be presented in a natural context alongside other businesses with similar characteristics.
Currently, only a small number of companies in the growth markets (Spotlight, First North, and NGM)—just over seven percent—meet the criteria for Spotlight Value. However, there are many companies that are not yet listed and that fulfill all the requirements. For them, Spotlight Value is the natural listing to benefit from all the advantages of operating in a public environment.
