Appointment of Liquidity Provider

Zenith Energy Ltd. (LSE: ZEN; OSE: ZENA; XSAT: ZENA SDR), the international energy production and development company, announces that it has appointed Lago Kapital Oyas liquidity provider for the Company''s Swedish Depository Receipts ("SDRs") traded on the Spotlight Stock Market.

The purpose of the liquidity provider arrangement is to support liquidity in trading of the Company''s SDRs on the Spotlight Stock Market by facilitating a more efficient market and contributing to a reduced bid-ask spread.

This announcement is made pursuant to Section P4.27 of the Spotlight Stock Market Rulebook.
