Nidhogg Resources Holding AB (publ) ("Nidhogg" or the "Company") announces changes to its Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors proposes Oscar Louzada for election as a new member of the Board. An Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on 18 September 2026 to resolve on Oscar Louzada''s election to the Board of Directors. He will strengthen the Board''s expertise in natural resources financing and investor relations going forward.

Oscar has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services sector, having worked for Beeson Gregory (Investec) and Canaccord Genuity, the leading Canadian independent natural resources investment bank. As part of Canaccord''s equity sales team, he helped finance numerous exploration and development companies in the natural resources sector, with a particular focus on South America, Central Asia, Africa and Europe. He has been involved as a principal of three natural resources companies, ranging from pure exploration – Suriname gold exploration company Sumin Resources Limited – to fertiliser production in Uzbekistan and an 8,000 tpa copper cathode production company in the United States (Idaho). Oscar has experience as a member of the executive team and board of directors, responsible for business development and investor relations. He currently serves as CEO and Director of Sranan Gold Corp. (CSE: SRAN | OTCQB: SRANF), a Suriname-focused gold exploration company. He has been active in Suriname for the past 12 years.

In connection with Oscar Louzada''s proposed election, Jan Kielland has decided to step down from his position as co-opted Director, effective from Oscar Louzada''s election to the Board. Jan was co-opted to the Board in November 2025.
