The research company Peptonic Medical announces the next step in the reconstruction process after the Uppsala District Court approved the reconstruction plan on November 28. The corporate reconstruction will end when the plan becomes legally binding. Any appeals must be submitted no later than December 19, otherwise the process will formally conclude shortly thereafter.This is stated in a press release.
