The biogas company Biofrigas announces that 10.97 million TO3 warrants have been exercised to subscribe for shares in the company at a price of SEK 0.27 per share. This corresponds to an exercise rate of 74.4 percent of the number of warrants. The company is provided with SEK 3.0 million before issue costs. This is stated in a press release. Following this, Biofrigas has 25.08 million shares outstanding.
