Villand Capital, which is part of the foreign exchange trading company FX International, has entered into a strategic collaboration with Capiital to strengthen its offering to Nordic growth and owner-led companies.In a press release, Villand writes that the collaboration provides stronger structural conditions ahead of capital raising, expansion, IPO, or changes in ownership. "Through Capiital's range of services, strategic support is also added in the early phase with a focus on structure, process development, and investor attraction, which strengthens companies' conditions ahead of capital raising and listing," the press release states.
