Stenhus Fastigheter has exceeded the 30 percent threshold of the capital and votes in Krona Public Real Estate, according to a flagging notification. This comes after a rights issue took place at Krona, in which Stenhus participated. Before the issue, Stenhus owned around 21.5 percent of the shares in Krona, equivalent to approximately 1.54 million shares. Afterward, it owns around 39.99 percent, or approximately 4.47 million shares.
