The technology company Sociallite Us has been informed that major shareholder CapMate has reduced its shareholding in the company.CapMate sold shares on February 25 and thereby reduced its holding from 1,752,414 shares, corresponding to approximately 15.1 percent, to 1,657,888 shares, corresponding to approximately 14.3 percent of shares and votes. As a result, the ownership has fallen below the disclosure threshold of 15 percent under Spotlight Stock Market's rulebook.
