This provides the company with approximately SEK 1.23 million before customary costs.In addition to the exercise of TO2, the company is carrying out a directed issue of approximately 6.86 million shares to an investor who guaranteed the exercise of the warrants. The same subscription price applies here as for the exercise of TO2. The company receives approximately SEK 1.65 million before issue costs.In total, the company is provided with SEK 2.88 million through the exercise of the warrants and the directed issue, before customary costs.The dilution effect from the exercise of TO2 is approximately 11.59 percent, and from the directed issue approximately 13.41 percent.
