The real estate development company Norden Estates Chair of the Board Jonathan Karlsson, on March 3, through a private investment, acquired 86,413 shares in the company at an average price of SEK 0.58 per share. This is stated in a press release.Following the transaction, Jonathan Karlsson's total holding, privately and through Kamojo Invest, amounts to 5,476,378 shares in Norden Estates, corresponding to approximately 13.7 percent of the capital.
