Software company Touchtech has entered into a strategic partnership with Nosto to develop more integrated commerce experiences between online and in-store, according to a press release.The collaboration will examine how behavioral and transaction data from e-commerce can be used to improve digital touchscreens in physical stores.“The goal is simple: to bring the intelligence that retailers already use online into physical stores, create more relevant digital discovery in-store, while maintaining consistency across different channels”, writes Touchtech.The company’s CEO Deniz Chaban further explains: “The collaboration with Nosto enables us to explore how online customer information can complement the intuitive product discovery and guidance that our InStore touchscreen application offers, helping store staff provide customers with better support while creating a smoother and more engaging experience for shoppers”.
