CapMate has sold its entire holding of 1.59 million shares in the technology company Sociallite Us, corresponding to approximately 13.7 percent of capital and votes. The buyer is Henric Blomsterberg, who thereby increases his holding from zero to the same number of shares, corresponding to approximately 13.7 percent. The transaction was carried out between March 5 and 10 and means that CapMate falls below the 10 percent flagging threshold while Blomsterberg crosses above it.
