The shopfitting company Easyfill has, at the request of shareholders, decided to convert the remaining 179,968 Class C shares into Class B shares. The measure entails no change to the total number of shares, votes or share capital, but aims to simplify the share structure and increase transparency. After registration with Bolagsverket, Euroclear will update the share register. After the conversion, no Class C shares will remain in the company.
