Spotlight Stock Market has approved the asset manager Consensus Asset Management's application for delisting. The last trading day for the share on the marketplace before delisting will be April 22, according to a press release from the marketplace. The reason is that Norion Bank is completing its takeover bid for Consensus. Norion Bank now controls 94.49 percent of the capital and 92.65 percent of the votes in Consensus. The acceptance period for the offer of SEK 22.50 per share in Consensus has been extended to April 16. Thereafter, a compulsory redemption of the remaining shares in Consensus will follow.
