The modular housing company Zenergy issued warrants TO 5 in connection with a directed new share issue in September last year. The warrants could be exercised in March to subscribe for shares at a price of SEK 0.306 per share. The outcome was that no warrants were exercised to subscribe for shares, according to a press release.
