Datacommunications specialist Exalt's nomination committee has decided to change its proposal ahead of the election of the board at the annual general meeting on May 8, according to a press release.The new proposal means the election of Johan Hane as chairman of the board. Current chairman Christer Ljungberg has declined re-election. Furthermore, the re-election of board members Fredrik Armandt, Helena Forsmark and Robert Erlandsson is proposed, in accordance with the previous proposal.
