The medical technology company Invent Medic has decided to carry out a rights issue of SEK 4 million before issue costs of SEK 0.7 million. There is also an over-allotment option of an additional SEK 1.6 million. This is stated in a press release. The purpose of the rights issue is to implement a transition and shorten the time it takes for the company to reach break-even. The rights issue is secured to 95 percent through subscription commitments and is to be approved at the annual general meeting on May 27. The terms are 3:8, meaning that eight existing shares entitle the holder to subscribe for three new shares at the subscription price of 9 öre per share. The last day of trading in the share including subscription rights is May 28, and the share trades excluding subscription rights on May 29. The subscription period runs from June 3 to June 17, and trading in subscription rights takes place from June 3 to June 12.
