The store fixtures company Easyfill has entered into a three-year licensing and supply agreement with a global manufacturer of commercial refrigeration equipment. The agreement covers a minimum annual volume of 10,000 shelves and is based on the company’s licensing model, in which the customer integrates Easyfill’s technology into its products. This is stated in a press release.The agreement is expected to generate recurring revenue through both license fees and product sales, with an estimated annual value of approximately EUR 200,000 to EUR 300,000 based on minimum volumes."This agreement confirms the strength of our licensing model and our position as a partner to global manufacturers.
