Biogas company Biofrigas is adjusting the schedule for the announced rights issue by one day, according to a press release.The terms mean that one share gives one unit right. Five unit rights entitle the holder to subscribe for one unit for SEK 0.80. Each unit consists of four newly issued shares and seven warrants TO5. The issue terms thus correspond to 4:5 at a subscription price of SEK 0.20 per share.The rights issue is to be approved at an extraordinary general meeting on May 7. The last day of trading in the share including the unit right is May 7, and the share trades excluding the unit right on May 8. The subscription period runs from May 13 to May 27, and trading in unit rights takes place from May 13 to May 22.
