The software company Hoodin reports minor changes in its earnings during the first quarter. Revenue fell to SEK 0.1 million (0.2).Operating profit was SEK -1.3 million (-1.2).Net profit was SEK -1.3 million (-1.2). Earnings per share amounted to SEK -0.02 (-0.02)."During the first quarter, we launched Hoodin Compliance Studio. This is not a fresh start, buta shift in what Hoodin is. We have customers, an established platform and more than ten years of work in regulatory intelligence. With Compliance Studio, we are taking the next step – from delivering information to establishing a structure for how regulatory work is actually carried out. That fundamentally changes our position", says CEO Marcus Emne. "We are entering this shift with the right conditions. Regulatory complexity is increasing rapidly, both in the number of regulations, geographic spread and pace of change. This is driving a clear need for systems that can handle this in a structured and continuous way. This is not cyclical demand. It is a structural change", he continues. According to the Hoodin chief, the focus ahead is now to scale what the tech company has established in the form of more customers, more products in the system, a deeper data model and agent capacity.
