Gas exploration company Igrene says that the recently completed rights issue was preliminarily subscribed to 75.3 percent. In total, 37.5 million shares were subscribed for, of which 60.5 percent with the support of subscription rights and 14.8 percent without.The company will thereby receive about SEK 20.6 million before issue costs, which are estimated at about SEK 1.2 million. No external issue guarantees had been procured.According to CEO Annette Blyhammar and Chairman of the Board Sven Otto Littorin, the outcome shows that investor interest in the company's new strategy remains strong. Igrene works with technology to convert methane into hydrogen and carbon together with partner SEID.
