Service company HomeMaid is acquiring all shares in Wikk, active in cleaning and move-out cleaning in Västerbotten, with access on May 4, 2026. The purchase price amounts to approximately SEK 2.6 million plus a smaller additional purchase price linked to turnover. The acquisition is financed with own funds.Wikk has annual turnover of approximately SEK 15 million, has just over 260 customers and 30 employees. The operations will be integrated into the home cleaning business area and are expected to contribute positively to earnings, while HomeMaid establishes itself in Norrland.
