Medical technology company Zenicor proposes, ahead of the annual general meeting on 26 May, the re-election of current board members as well as the election of Anders Bergström.Bergström is currently a board member of Flowscape and works as an advisor and mentor. He has previously, among other things, been CEO of Atea in Sweden and Norway and sales manager at D-Link Nordic.Zenicor states that Anna-Karin Edstedt Bonamy declines re-election after taking up an international role as chief medical officer at Doctolib in France.
