Main owner Krona Bidco on May 6 bought 18,534 shares in the real estate company Krona Public Real Estate. The shares were bought at a price of SEK 41.20 per share, a transaction worth SEK 763,500. The deal was carried out on Spotlight Stock Market. This is stated in the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's insider register.Krona Bidco then owns 9.58 million shares, corresponding to 85.67 percent of the capital and votes in Krona, according to the ownership service Holdings.Krona Bidco ended at the end of March a mandatory bid for all shares in Krona, where the bid was raised to SEK 41.20 per share, from the previous SEK 35.75.
