The biogas company Biofrigas trades today, May 8, on Spotlight Stock Market ex-rights to unit rights in a rights issue. The terms mean that one share entitles the holder to one unit right. Five unit rights entitle the holder to subscribe for one unit for SEK 0.80. One unit consists of four newly issued shares and seven warrant. The issue terms thus correspond to 4:5 at a subscription price of SEK 0.20 per share. The subscription period runs from May 13 to May 27 and trading in unit rights takes place from May 13 to May 22.
