Investment company C100’s wholly owned subsidiary Hunter Capital Dry Powder IPR has entered into an agreement to sell a patent and trademark portfolio linked to the company’s drying technology to a pharmaceutical company. This is stated in a press release.The purchase price amounts to SEK 14 million in cash.The patent portfolio was previously acquired for SEK 25 million through a new share issue, which means that the deal is expected to result in an accounting loss of approximately SEK 11 million.According to C100, the deal strengthens the company’s liquidity and financial flexibility.
