The shareholders in the medtech company Kontigo Care are invited to the annual general meeting on Wednesday, June 17, in Uppsala.The board proposes that no dividend be paid for the financial year 2025.The nomination committee proposes that board member Matthias Durner be elected as the new chairman. Current chairman Olle Qvarnström is leaving the board.The election of Johan Fagerlund Sjöberg as board member is proposed. Re-election is proposed of board members Jan E. Larsson, Pontus Nobreus and Alex Stendahl. The board wants authorization from the meeting to decide on a new share issue, corresponding to an increase in the number of shares by a maximum of 10 percent.
