The oven manufacturer Eatgoods rights issue was subscribed to approximately 44 percent and brings the company SEK 2.3 million, of which just over SEK 1 million through set-off of claims. The net proceeds amount to approximately SEK 1.1 million after issue costs of SEK 0.2 million.The capital will be used for continued commercialization of the Lightfry technology and market development in priority markets.The issue increases the number of shares by 11.5 million to 38.8 million.
