Xer Tech is revising the proposal for the election of the board ahead of the annual general meeting on May 27, according to a press release. The new proposal means that the board will be expanded by two members and includes the election of Pär Gunnarsson, Patrik Högberg and Håkan Behmer as members. Re-election is proposed for Chairman John d'Abo and the members Martin Lidgren and Thomas Lundin. Member Svein Kjellesvik has declined re-election. In the previous board election proposal, published on April 24 in the notice to the annual general meeting, re-election of the current board was proposed.
