The biogas company Biofrigas has released the final outcome of its rights issue, which was subscribed to 71.3 percent, in line with the preliminary outcome presented earlier this week. The company therefore receives approximately SEK 10.6 million before issue costs, of which around SEK 1.3 million is offset against claims.- We are pleased with the continued support from both existing and new shareholders. The capital injection gives us the opportunity to continue Biofrigas' commercial expansion in a situation where the market for liquefied biogas is developing strongly.
