Zenith Energy reports both higher revenue and an increased operating loss for the broken financial year 2025/26, compared with the same period the previous year.Revenue amounted to 2.3 million Canadian dollars (2.1).Operating profit was -13.7 million Canadian dollars (-6.4).Profit after tax from continuing operations was -19.9 million Canadian dollars, compared with a profit of 1.1 million the year before. The loss was weighed down, among other things, by costs linked to arbitration proceedings against Tunisia, option-related costs and currency effects. Total comprehensive income, however, amounted to a positive 8.1 million Canadian dollars (-3.1), helped by a revaluation of the company's solar project portfolio.During the year, Zenith increased its solar project portfolio in Italy to 173.5 MWp, which after a transaction in April 2026 rose to 183.5 MWp. The company reiterates its target of building a portfolio of 200 MWp.Zenith also highlights progress in its uranium projects in Italy as well as the ongoing arbitration proceedings against Tunisia, where the group's claims amount to approximately 572.7 million dollars.Zenith Energy, MCAD2025/262024/25ChangeRevenue2.32.18.7%Profit before tax-19.81.1Net profit-19.91.1Earnings per share-0.040.00
