Datacommunications specialist Exalt has taken out an interest-free shareholder loan of SEK 3 million from principal owner Johan Stenman via Förvaltor Aktiebolag, according to a press release.The loan runs until 31 May 2029 without ongoing amortizations and is intended to strengthen the company’s financial flexibility and support continued development and growth."The support from our principal owner gives us greater room to maneuver to continue developing the business and take advantage of the opportunities we see in the market. It strengthens our position and our ability to drive the company forward," says CEO Andreas Ferm in a comment.
