The investment company Katalysen Ventures’ portfolio company Valega Chain Analytics is strengthening its board with Peter Almberg, Håkan Källåker and Oscar Chröisty. This is stated in a press release.The recruitments are part of the company’s investment in the banking and finance sector, with a focus on regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering and sanctions screening. Peter Almberg is chairman of the board of Katalysen Ventures and has extensive experience from the fintech sector. Håkan Källåker is chairman of the board of Cicero Fonder and has held senior roles within European banks, while Oscar Chröisty previously was responsible for financial services at Monitor Deloitte.The trio joins as Valega recently entered into a strategic partnership with Softronic CM1 and the company’s anti-money laundering platform.
