C100 has decided to merge the wholly owned subsidiaries Hunter Capital Dry Powder IPR and Hunter Capital Dry Eye IPR with the parent company, according to a press release. The purpose is to reduce costs, improve administrative efficiency and strengthen organizational coordination. The merger is expected to be registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office in September.
