Three senior executives at Umida have bought a total of 324 717 shares in the company through a block trade from Tellus Equity Partner. The price was SEK 0.75 per share. CEO Filip Lundquist bought 24 717 shares, CFO Aron Källström 200 000 shares and COO Fatih Kurtulus 100 000 shares. The transactions total just over SEK 240 000."We are choosing to increase our personal ownership in Umida because we believe in the company’s continued development toward the strategic initiatives we are driving right now. We are in a transformative phase where we are leaving the alcohol industry for products with higher potential and larger markets," says CEO Filip Lundquist in a comment.
