The tech company SHT Smart High-Tech will receive approximately SEK 2.7 million before issuance costs after the exercise of the warrant program TO 2022/2026, according to a press release.In total, 69,600 warrants were exercised, corresponding to approximately 52 percent of the outstanding warrants in the program. The subscription price was SEK 39 per share, and the issuance entails dilution of approximately 0.22 percent.
