The technology company SHT Smart High-Tech assesses that the market for advanced thermal interface materials is developing toward many millions of pads per month and is therefore accelerating industrialization, according to a press release.The company's first goal is to establish production capacity of at least 1 million pads per month. The initiative is driven by increased demand from AI, data centers, advanced semiconductors, and electrification.
