Windon Energy's board has set July 16 as the record date for the previously decided non-cash distribution of 18.24 million warrants of series TO 2 to existing shareholders. The decision follows the annual general meeting's approval on June 30, when the board was also authorized to determine the record date.The last day for trading in the share including the right to the distribution is July 14. The share trades ex-rights to the warrants from July 15.The distribution is made pro rata, with one warrant of series TO 2 distributed for each existing share.
