Members, the CEO, senior executives and other key personnel in the audio technology company Sound Dimension have subscribed for a total of about 5.82 million shares in the company at a price of SEK 0.44 per share, corresponding to a total value of about SEK 2.56 million. This is stated in a press release.The largest subscription was made by board member Olle Olsson, who subscribed for 2.27 million shares. CEO Rickard Riblom subscribed for 454,545 shares."The company is in an exciting phase with several promising customer dialogues where we see clear financial potential in what we are building. With the customer dialogues and positive feedback, it is a given to take part in this issue", says CEO Rickard Riblom.
